Case Study
Fortune Funded — a Custom Theme, Not a Template
The challenge
A pre-launch prop-trading firm needed a premium, trustworthy site to capture a waitlist before enrolment opened. Off-the-shelf themes looked generic and loaded slowly — the wrong signal for a brand asking traders to fund accounts.
My approach
I hand-coded a custom WordPress theme — no page builder — for full control of design and speed: a dark, gold brand system, a clear How-it-works / Conditions / Features structure, and a prominent waitlist capture. Lean markup, minimal plugins, mobile-first.
The result
A distinctive, fast-loading site that positions the brand as premium and turns visitors into waitlist leads ahead of launch — running entirely on a bespoke theme I can extend as they scale.
PHP · Custom theme · Waitlist capture · Performance-first
